Legions lagging?! :(

hey im currently playig right. and it is soo laggy. every time when i want to kill some one the bullets or rockets go like 4 sec. later. and like i went to US server and its stil lagging. i need help. or is it just my computer. or is any one else having these problems?

Would you care to give more description of the issue, such as:
Is it constant or does it intermittently occur?
Does it only happen when you're trying to shoot a weapon?
Did this just start happening or has it happened throughout the time you have had L:O installed?
What ping are you showing on the servers prior to joining? (and what is it in-game?)

Possible reasons:
1) Bad connection.
2) Location (post your location).
3) Playing legions while downloading p0rn. (take a break, bud).
4) Any application open, that uses enough bandwidth to give you high ping in-game (utorrent, Ares, or any other p2p etc...).
