Legions.exe has crashed - le sigh.

Built a new machine to play legions on, and record, and legions just crashes. Console.log is here. Updated NET 2, 3 and 4, graphic card driver, sound card drivers reinstall, windows 7 updates including sp1 - only thing I haven't tried reinstalling is directx but I seriously doubt that is the problem. Using a 64-bit version of windows, 8 gbs of ram, i5 2500K @3.3ghz and a ati asus 6870 card.

Any ideas?

EDIT: The launcher only works when it is put in compatibility mode with XP SP3

Find me a good link though, I can only find directx 9 reinstall, I'll keep looking but if you help me find it, much <3 to you.

Pretty sure I had to install DirectX 9.0c components before I could get Legions to work on my Windows 7 desktop.

yeah the legions engine is getting really old, if i was hardcore coder id be porting to updated engine. It definately wouldn't be easy, but in the long run it would help longetivity of legions.
