Legionnaire Height and Posted Speed [Question for Devs]

This is a question for the devs. I'm getting rather tired of hearing people switch between units when talking about max speed. I once heard that the height of a player was 10 units or so, is this accurate?

Also, is the posted speed the number of units traveled in one second? I'm assuming it is, but I want to make sure.

I'm not a Developer but I'm pretty sure that the speed was measured in the unit of metres per second (m/s).

I once assumed that as well, but was then told that the units were rather arbitrary.

I'm tired of seeing different units, so I want to know the height of a legionnaire so I can convert it to meters/second.

The speed was indeed measured in meters per second. And a player model (or better, its hitbox) is between 2 and 3 meters tall.

i'll say. but i guess after all that armour and the steroids they have been taking it should be about that.
but their heads are huge.

Or they grew up on a planet with less gravitational pull. Thus, they weighed less, so it was easier for the bodies to grow taller.

Maybe they haven't stood up long enough to get shorter, they always spent their times flying or jet skiing
