LAuth has stopped working

I'm having problems with LAuth.exe. Running as admin, up-to-date DirectX, tried a few different programs to extract, tried downloading the launcher several times, nothing is working.

same here i did everything except deleting "auth_log.txt" ... cant seem to find it...can anyone point out where it is?
