Lag Spikes

So I have a WiFi-N adapter and a N router, and I get almost full signal from my router, but I get these weird lag spikes.
Here's an example:

It's not between me and my router, so I presume my ISP may be having problems?
Not sure whether this is VM throttling or what?

I have done some research and this was voted the best solution by a number of users including the user who had the initial problem.

1) Open Device Manager.
2) Find the Wireless Adapter - Bring up its properties.
3) Click the Advanced Tab in the Driver Properties.
4) On the left should be a list of settings; on the right should be a drop box letting you enable/disable the settings.
5) Click on Multimedia/Gaming Environment.
6) Enable this setting and Click Okay.
NOTE: This setting is disabled by default on your computer.
7) Give the adapter some time to change the setting. (You will notice your adapter will disconnect and should reconnect automatically if you have a network saved.)

Really hope this helps!!!

I saw that when I installed it. :/ It has always been enabled.

Need a longer sample, you've only done 138 ping requests in that one.

Your WiFi looks fine though, it's your connection in some way. What router/routers are you using? Are you using the superhub for WiFi? Also - is anything else uploading on that connection to saturate it in bursts?

Seems intermittent, but need more samples to analyse it anyway.
