I might sell a graphics card to Wingedflame. But before I do anything I need to make sure my card can work on his pc.
I have no idea how to tell if this card is compatible on this pc.

Any help is appreciated;)

It should be fine. Checked out the specs for that tower and it has a free PCI-express slot so you're fine there, that GPU also had a total wattage of, I think, 74 watts, so its power needs are minimal.

Looks like the GPU should fit!

Comparing old & new GPU power consumption is good idea as Seymour pointed out, PSU is one of the more commonly overlooked components when updating computer hardware.

@ Wingedflame:
Don't forget to change video card drivers, I'd recommend un-installing old GPU's drivers before pulling it out and inserting that GeForce 8400 on a computer.
I don't know if GeForce has software similar to ATI Catalyst Center (which could be used to automatically update graphic drivers) but finding correct drivers shouldn't be too hard (just make sure you pick the correct 32/64-bit version).
