There isn't a limit listed anywhere that I can see. Just a simple invite button. They go out in waves, so it might be a little while before you get it.

Who ever asked you to put the age as 15
Yeah I don't think there's a limit. I just add the email and drag them into a circle, and they seem to get invited.

I went through with the vertification as human test, but then I got redirected, saying I did not met the minimum age requirements..
