Will be interesting if T3d ever gets ported fully to linux, last time I checked they failed to raise the funds needed for funding a small team that could do it.
I'll get the Rift if you could use it like a 3-D screen to just watch movies, play games etc, and not have to worry about compatibility all the time. So, can you?
