slightly more, much better graphics and case, and room for a second graphics card if he is ever mad enough to get another one.
(although tbh you only need 8GB RAM as well as an i5 2500k)
EDIT: actually the one dabbleh posted was quite good, if not for the underpowered graphics
for the price, and it does not say whether the 20GB SSD was used as a caching drive or not.
