Error report (dont send) when pushed play in the launcher

after all of the struggles happen to me to be able to play this GAME! !!!!! another problem appears again .. is God just dont want me to play this game anymore . ?

yes., i already did. actually i go through 2 bugs. 1 is the launcher is not openning i passed through it,. 2nd is the auth server stucked and now i already downloaded the game but if i launch the legions.exe, it crashes with an error (dont send button,)
