Is it possible to allow the use of headsets?

I mean allowing people to communicate in game might be helpful. I played CSS for a good year, I'm starting to miss Fallen Legions, so I'm coming back as soon as I get a monitor, but I would think that adding verbal communication would help?

Maybe not, but it's just a suggestion I'm throwing out

In-game VOIP would be pretty useful, but a fairly large undertaking I assume. I've Googled it a bit and it appears people have done it in Torque with Speex and other programs, though.

Oh I realize you guys have your own TS, just VOIP would help people enjoy the game more overall.

Certainly using TS would be 1 way, but I believe having it in-game would make it more appealing.
