Damage of sniper

IMO, I think that the sniper needs more impact damage. Anyone agree or..?

You can 2 shot an Outrider with 2 full energy shots.. anything less and they escape with a few % and probably crater. I don't think it needs to be any more powerful than that. Raiders take 3.
