This definitely seems like a Dream Build to me. But you can cut a few hundred bucks by getting a cheaper case, you definitely don't need an Ultra case. I thought the same way, I use a midtower now and there is still tons of room in it. My case cost me like $30 CAD instead of the $200 I was going to spend.
