crazy player model bug

I was playing today and this happened:

at first it was only a player model bug, so i turned on fraps to get a screen shot, but then the game ended (at around :39 in the video) and i somehow became stuck in the map after everybody moved on to the next map. i wasnt able to fire or suicide or take damage from od, and as you can see the oob grid stopped working. i have no idea how to reproduce it. it's possible that i alt tabbed after dying and came back in and it spawned like that but i dont remember

the game froze at the end after i fell for a while and the screen went half black. could this be on my side?

Did you play you're own server before you joined the public servers? Did happen to me once, I just restarted and everything was alright... Game is full of wierd things!

The model is basically inside out IIRC. Weird that you got it without modding... I can't remember what actually causes it though..
