Try restart. Does it to me sometimes, restart fixes the problem though.

Odd, any hardware changes either? The game shouldn't just stop working. Try reinstalling things or updating stuff like the NET framework on your computer and directx.

Basically, you have a Intel Graphics card, which isn't fully supported by the game. Therefore, one build of legions might work, then the entire thing might not work the next build. I'm surprised you even managed to play the game for this long with an Intel graphic card as they can be very buggy.

Well, Seymour's not a smart man, I was just hypothesizing because there had been a couple of intel chipset reports, really no idea if the crashing is related to the update or not. With that said, they are an unsupported chipset, so it's the same story as before: use at your own risk! They may or may not work properly.
