Computer Clock Gone Haywire!

Hey guys, everyday when I turn on my computer oblivious to the time or date, I just mouse-over the time bar and Bam! January 2003! some time in the Am..
Did God answer my prayers and sent me back in time so I can redo my life?
I ran for my watch but alast no v-v.
Anyway everytime I turn on my computer everyday it sets it time back to 2003 everydayyyyy!
It gets very annoying.
Please halp :L

I wonder if this is because my system battery is low!

I seemed to be having this problem a few months back, thou its resolved itself now, might be worth a little patience... unless you want to go ahead and buy the cmos battery now.
