I didnt see this posted in the sticky so i'll mention it.
If you in the middle of typing a sentence when the map changes; when the new map loads you will be unable to type anything in the chat window. The text you typed before the change will be shown and will not go away.
On a side note, now that i think about it, this may only happen when an admin changes the map, but i think it's happened on standard rotation as well.
