Buildings and Structures Not Showing

I've tried reinstalling and all that jazz. Don't know why it's happening still.

Esc- Options- enable lightmaps.
This one is listed in common bugs, you should've read the sticky threads first.
Edit: waittttt...

Edit 2: Black Bases:
- Make sure you have 'Lightmaps' enabled, via the in-game menu.

What are your system specs? (namely your GPU). What's lightmaps set to in options? Also, are you using Legions Lite or any other mod?

Looks like a sandy terrain../ different terrains..
