Anyone notice the quick burst of flashes right before it takes off on the second recording?

Aside from the fact that ball lightning is just a term to describe a phenomenon nobody understands anyway, what was recorded on those videos was remarkably controlled and utterly precise. I'm not a tin-foil kind of guy, but hot diggety, are those videos interesting.
