Animated Reticles?

As the title says, are animated reticles possible in legions? If so, are there any guidelines that must be followed to create them?

Nope, and if it was, it'd be too distracting. Though technically the change between the rets for specialised weapons are sort of animated, but they'll be gone soon.

they are disabled... they could still make them static and have the option of animation but depends if devs can get to that.

If gif images were allowed in the game, then possibly. Even then, the game would just use the first frame of the animation as a static image.

Not really. The overheat bar is composed of two static images, just like the health and energy bars.
