I know fallout has a secret legions room (in the middle of the map). Are there any other maps that have this easter egg? (I rather be told what map, rather than where)

Where exactly is this "console", <- not the greatest with computers.

Is there a way to play without having internet connection? (lan?)

So I just started playing legions again, and I was wondering how I can change my reticles and sound. Any help or links would be nice.
