Could you use a network cable instead of WiFi? If that's impossible, change the channel it listens on (1, 6, or 11).

You're using the public test client to connect to live servers. Please switch to the live channel before connecting to regular servers.

You enter in the IP address of the machine you're hosting on (the 192.168.*.* one, usually).

You appear to have 3% packet loss to your own router - this is not good. Are you able to use a network cable to the router? It would help to check this first.

Check this manual - might be a bit old but I assume it'll work. Follow the instructions in 5-1 - DMZ Host. Remove any port forwards and give DMZ a go. Make sure your computer has a decent firewall running as all default connections will go to the DMZ host. Give it a go, and see if it helps...
