35 to 25... Decreasing 10 Bolt-Ammo is quite a lot if you view it from another perspective. 10 Bolts is enough to kill 2~3 enemies (if used sparingly and efficiently). Bolts also do less splash damage and are a-tad weaker than RocketLauncher. I think the extra ammo evens out the balancing...

Also, I've noticed the POV (1st or 3rd person) makes a bit of a different in hitting your MA's.

Have you tried to edit the reticle file and erase the little dot? Remember to save it as a Read Only file.

Yeah I worded that wrong. The hitscan was one of the factors that would've made the sniperrifle OP.

Might as well chuck in the unlimited ammo, hitscan, no energy consumption. Not OP at all~

Please... Everything that is bolded, I think the opposite. The sniper-rifle is a hitscan weapon. Mostly ping reliant. Hitscan meaning: POINT AND SHOOT!
