Ok, my previous post was a noob question. I fixed that error, but have a new one now. Here it is: ".NET Framework Initialization Error Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application" ps - im on xp sp3

I downloaded the .rar file with Launcher.exe in it. When I double click the .exe I get this txt: "Launcher.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application" So I click OK and it, as it says, terminates. If this a noob...
