What would I change the coordinate in the position for the powerlevel script to so that it is above my reticle instead of below? I want around the same distance from the reticle as well.

It's only for the 32-bit version of the program. If you have Windows 64-bit and the 32-bit version of photoshop, the plugin works fine.
