I don't like the fact that AFTER downloading the 3GB file, through Origin. They torture you more by making you get the browser plugin. And then tell you that your driver sucks. And makes you get a 138MB one instead. Its torture for a slow internet connection. This game BETTER be worth it.

I wasn't thinking globally... that would defeat the purpose. I am thinking individual servers only such as "no-smurf" zones that require forum contact to get a server acc. More dedicated players etc. (It was more an idea than a serious suggestion.)

A potential QUICK idea right off the bat: Is it possible for users to make their own (simple) authentication system? Such as (mirroring IRC) typing into chat "/authlegions 3lionz <passwordhere>" would change my name colour on the leaderboards, if correct. (Just wanted to know if possible :p)...
