you may be doing everything correctly. I am also having a problem on my work server , getting it to show up. It appears that the its binding to loopback instead of my NAT ip. I'm looking into it. Do you have multile IP's or network adapaters installed >?

now that we can host our own servers this should be possible as long as the "mod code" if you will is available in a .cs file, if its locked into a dso it wont be changeable. i can start looking into this if you guys think this would be good for team practicing. shoot me some practice mod ideas...

bandwidth will not effect your ping, unless your using up all your bandwidth downloading , uh .... :) .... then you will notice your ping spikes. 1 mbit/sec is definitely on the slower side unless your getting 1MB/sec which is fast for DSL slow for Cable and Fiber
