Lower the damage effect of mortars on team-mates, because mortar has a larger damage radius and team-mates in that radius are bound to get hit. So IMO, lower damage on team-mates

Oh yeah and I'm pretty sure most of the mortar shots hit on the own team mate MUST have been by mistake. Because, it's a Mortar. I mean, I got hit many times, and I hit many, many times :p but that's the mortar.
