No, if he kills someone he spams, he gets killed he spams, he takes the flag he spams, he kills him self he spams. I think even if he takes a *chocolate cookies* he spams.

I try not to temp ban people. I do however keep eyes on certain people.

Ban's should act as a prevention tool. Temp banning someone continuously takes away the actual effect of it imo. However, using the term 'perma ban' itself, without actually enforcing it works for me.
