(maps) StealthRG WIP

i know. i just feel like mapmakers pour hours of effort into blanketing their maps with lush greenery, and torque just up and poops on them.

Wish we could get the vegetation and trees added to the live game for different mappers to use, before this goes live or even if it does not.
