IDK! maybe if you learn that skill. if someone is chasing you in that spot or somewhere in the sky you can pull that off? idk.. its just a skill. is there a why you need a reason for every skill you have?

Even with. Spiking high ping and 25 FPS I can pull some of tricks(skills) off. So blame it ok the lack of east coast servers -_-
