End User License Terms, Temperate Environment Art Pack

I am thinking about purchasing , an art pack to use in some maps I want to edit.. I'm Confused.
The eula, says in one section, I can use it in my projects.. next it says, The license is limited to only one
project. Thay also want you to notify Adam deGrandis when you release a product that uses Adam deGrandis products. Will I need to do this for each map.

1. SINGLE COPY SOFTWARE LICENSE: With the purchase of this product you get the license to use
the 3d models, textures and animations in modified or unmodified form for your projects (computer
games / virtual worlds / simulation), renderings or animations. The license is limited to only one
project. You are not allowed to resell, transfer, distribute, give or sublicense this product to anyone else.


7. NOTIFICATION: You must notify Adam deGrandis when you release a product that uses Adam
deGrandis products.

From my understanding it means you can use his stuff for your personal use BUT if you plan to release it to other people you have to inform him that you're doing so.

to add to this, I think when you "release" it once (and tell Adam of course) then that's the one time you can use it ("The license is limited to only one project.") in a game such as this. Otherwise you can use it as many times for personal things that you do not release. Don't know for sure if that's the case, just letting you know what I gathered from it.

I would not buy it to use in some personel game projects, that no one else would see,
That would be stupped and makes no sinse. Legions is my one project, I am buying it for.
I should be able to make as many maps as I want with it for legions, and share them for download, as long as the source is not released. If I made a game with it, I'm going to use it in most every map, and post them with my game for download, Thats a project.

"I SHOULD be able to make as many maps as I want with it for legions"....but...is that legal? just because you want something doesn't make it legal. It's not me making this license, so why complain about it to me? Contact him

I would much rather donate to it, and have it included in the game if possible, if acceptable to the dev team, so every one could make maps with it for legions. The art packs on the GG site are meant to be included in games, sold or free. If its included in the game, then every one using the game editor will beable use it, as long as its for this game. Thats my understanding now..
