No, we're too good for low ping, that's why we migrate to other servers to get our ass kicked in 300 ping.
On a serious note, more servers would never hurt, but the logistics are... well...
The only reason why nearly everybody in asia has insanely awkward pings, is because asia isn't one whole land mass, unlike NA and many parts of EU.
