Best weapon for Raider?

I noticed that Outrider has laser rifle and Sentinel has mortar..so what's the best weapon for Raider?

Cluster is the raider's specialist weapon.

Cluster can do a lot of damage. The fact that the raider is more maneuverable than a Sentinel yet better armed than an OR is why many like it. As you'll see, there are many awesome combination of weapons on the Raider. I personally liked the Nade Launcher before it was changed, but I think a Raider armed with Bolt, RL, and something else is really deadly against Sentinels.

I know that clusters and frag nade are good depending on how it is used but seeing myself performing mid airs with it is not going to be sweet...I used to perform cluster mid airs with GLS that completely cover my opponents back in the day

I disagree, the plasmateer is probably the most versatile and effective dueling loadout for the raider right now imo.

And if I'm not mistaken, Raider is the only class that has the plasma rifle and the chaingun together in one class.

You are correct!...I forgot about that class but we're talking about a single deadly weapon compared to the LR and Mortar.

That combined with a never dissapointing rocket launcher and frag grenades makes it the best LO loadout there is.
