Server Infinite Loading

Today I seem to be having network issues and often having connection timeouts, I dunno why but connecting to the server takes forever and when it takes too long my connection to the server times out.

Oops, false alarm. It now loads when I restarted my DSL, but lagging still remains sometimes in US.
