Goodbye, my friend. RIP

At 6:00 PM, on a foggy night on 2005, in Kuwait, I made a new friend. He was amazing. He was literally everywhere with me. My parents let him stay with us. I played with him a lot and always imagined how it would feel if I lost him. He was everything for me.

School was never so exciting. Even though he never came with me to school, I'd think of him, and I'd be excited to get back home to play with him.

He'd been with me wherever I went. We traveled to different places, and I kept holding him in my hands. I'd never let him go, never, for anything.

2 years after our initial friendship, he had a slight fever. That's where it started. I tried to cure him, but it didn't help. I asked my dad if he could make him feel alright. After two days, he was back. He was back and more powerful than before. I was happy.

Over the years, the fever returned, and kept increasing.

3 years later, it became worse, his head was very hot. I started to worry. I tried my best to cure him but it wouldn't help. But I could still play some games with him. He was happy I was by his side. I was too.

Today, early morning, I woke up. I put him on. My brother came next to me, and watched him as the light faded. My heart skipped a beat, my stomach instantly felt sick... I did everything I could, but it was too late...my PlayStation 2 was dead.

I’ll never forget you buddy.

I had a friend like that. He was fun for awhile, but eventually after he grew irritating with constant bowel movements of the worst kinds and died a silent death. Bitch didn't even progress to red rings. Just upped and died on me.

Damn you, Bill Gates. Damn you.

Here lies P-S, a good friend. He lived a good life, touched so many people, made many smile. He worked with everyone, from the old to the young, the disabled and mentally challenged. And he made them all smile. As we lay him to rest, let us not take from this day what he is now, but what he was. His spirit lives on though, in his son, grandson, and every person he touched. We will miss you PS, we will miss you.

When I was little i had a friend who was a fish named Toitle. Cause i like toitles. Anyway I loved him so but one day when i came home from school the tank was empty. I rushed to my mom and asked what had happened. She explained to me that he had gone to the pacific ocean to be with his friends and go to school. She said he would be back. And he never came back. *sniffle*

my ps2 is still working, but i feel for you and slightly understand you though as we replaced our good ol' fat one with a new thin one once when it broke, and i had a slight panic attack.

playstation 2 has to be the best console, nothing can compare to it or its success.
