If your resolution makes the new grenade icons overlap with the flaghud like it does for me, just download This file, and you should be right.

Immanent, that's exactly what this one does, only mine sits at 475, so it isn't high enough to get in the way.
To be honest this is for those who don't like editing game files, and instead prefer to rely on what someone else has done.
