Any good MP3 to MP2 converters?

I made myself some CTF sounds but the output format is MP3. Do you have any recommendations (from experience) for a free MP3 to MP2 converter. Excuse me is there's a much simpler way of converting this rather than downloading software, its late here and I'm still up. ;D

Link not working.

*EDIT* Link now works. But the program doesn't have MP2 option

I only see 'Export to WAV, MP3, and OGG'.

I always google things before I ask anybody. But maybe I haven't google'd enough.
