Singapore server can't handle more than 3 players.

Just after 2-3 minutes the 4th player joins the game ,it starts lagging very badly and one can hardly move/shoot.
No wonder,the server hasn't moved forward ,stuck at moonshine map,because the game can't be completed due to terrible lag.
