The "Submit" button does work. You're talking about "Register" (which currently links to the homepage). Use this link instead: https://accounts.legionsoverdrive.com/accounts/register/

You have to go register from the site linked above.
After the registration is complete, open the launcher, type in your Username and Password and it has to work.

Don't forget you need to create a new account that's separate from your forum account.

ok i click submit on the site you gave me and when i click it, it doesnt let me register its like when i click it it dosent work or somthin idk

There seems to be a few users with this same issue popping up, I'll check with the GReaps to see if there's something going on with account creation.
