My two cents: Jordan and Seymour managing things together makes a lot of sense. Jordan is the active presence while Seymour is the quiet (ish) behind-the-scenes, get the job done guy. I liked what someone said about needing a CM who will organize events and I think Jordan is just the guy for that because he is involved in most events anyway.
