What I really want to do is starting buying all the supplies off people off craigslist since it's 'useless' now and start stockpiling it somewhere. I want to buy a high + dry piece of land and probably build some kind of fall out shelter / mancave. One day I'll collaborate with some people and have pretty badass place to chill when SHTF

My dorm complex is the only one on campus that didn't lose power.. or internet! \o/

So, our power went out at about 10 AM EST on Sunday and was out for almost 26 hours. Oh was that a fun day. Just recently got cable/internet back. The only "damage" that happened around or near our house was the pool overflowing through the skimmer (unfortunately didn't overflow over the sides), a chair was tipped forward and is against the table and one tiki torch is tipped a bit. By the time is us it was considered a Tropical Storm.
