Whats with my blaster rifle...

I don't understand...a friend was showing me some skins on his guns and I din't notice you guys upgraded the shape of the blaster rifle, his look a little different though since I always saw it as a rocket launcher.

But ya, when did this happen? how did my blaster rifle end up this way?
