What resolution is best for legions to make vids?

Ok so i was wondering what resolution should i put it to for making videos in legions atm i am in the lowest resolution and that one laggs so much.

I tried just a few and they lagg but i've seen vids on youtube that there is no lagg.

Could someone plz help me out..

Generally your resolution doesn't factor in quite as much as, say, your sustem's processor speed when it comes to making video, although lower resolutions can help, since Fraps is processing less data. But if you've tried recording video on your system's LOWEST resolution, and you're still chugging, chances are pretty good your system just isn't equipped to handle video recording.

Sorry, bud. You can always try running Legions Lite, though, and seeing where that gets you. Good luck!

Well if you use fraps for recording, set it on 30 fps.
For me 30 fps works best too, the other settings start to lagging too.

Mind you when recording set you full-screen res to 720p, and fraps to full size (60fps).
Recording can hider your fps if you have a slow 2 core machine.
