I vote vent. Simple, easy to use, no bugs etc..

I'll go with the good old Ventrilo. TS3 is having quite some server issues right now, like everyone able to ban everyone and such.

That's not a bug with TeamSpeak 3, but rather a failure on the administrator of that server's fault. Don't blame the product for something that's not its doing.

There really isn't any difference besides the UI and some minor sounds here and there. Vent kind of bothered me with the sound it made when I hit the hotkey, and it just doesn't seem as polished as TS3 does.
