Steam download is the most twitchy download speed ever, it has sometimes showed me 75 mb/s when I was on a 20 megabit connection. Go figure. Same thing has happened here - you didn't really download at that speed because according to your speedtest (which is far more reliable btw) your connection isn't fast enough for that speed steam is displaying.

So this thread is stupid.
