[REQUEST] Reticles

Could someone please edit the original reticle files and make them blank (i.e. transparent) and then upload them somewhere for masochists like me who want to play without reticles?

I only currently have paint, and that doesn't work. Can't download GIMP/PAINT.NET/PHOTOSHOP right now. So I'm basically asking someone to kindly do it for me
