Not to sound shitty but try looking into the TeamRabbit code, there is already a function to get the players Z position. "So and so caught a blargh blargh from whoever At xxxm from a height of xxxm" and then look at RockeyRex's MA/screen shot script from awhile back for the bit to send the info to you from the server. Between those two sources you should be able to piece together something. The building blocks exist put them together :)
