Registration failure.

Well for me i can't register. After i type and fill everything in correctly; for some reason it wouldnt get past the page. I hit submit acouple of time's but nothing. The page stays where it stays.

Try switching to Firefox, Chrome or IE8. There was a guy reporting the same issue on IRC earlier using IE7, so maybe there's some sort of issue going on there.

If so i would love to know, so i could go out and get a better Hardware set!

Yup, should be no problem running on Windows Vista. Most important thing is to make sure your Windows is all up to date on its updates!
