raider class missing

since the last update before it was pushed live a class has gone missing (the one I used

the raider-cluster-boost is there but there was also a raider-cluster-frag next to it.

Is this a deliberate thing or was it just over looked ?

Deliberate (duh). Many classes have lost their frag/boost versions.
Not so hard to guess.

Custom loadouts will pretty much enable you to have any choice of weapon / grenade you want though, look forward to it!

This. Once a true custom loadout system is released, most of these 'missing loadout' issues will be moot points. Seymour will pester the devs when he gets home from work and see if he can get a idea how far along that feature is.
